By accessing or using the Letterhend Studio website and purchasing or downloading our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service when necessary. Any changes become effective upon publication on this website.
Your continued use of our website or products after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
Products
All digital products available through Letterhend Studio are provided on an “as is” basis.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that our products function as intended, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, software application, platform, or workflow.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased product is suitable for their intended software and usage requirements before purchase.
License
When you purchase a Letterhend Studio product, you are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property.
Your use of each product is subject to the specific license selected or purchased with that product.
Each license provides different usage rights, limitations, and permissions depending on the intended use, including commercial projects, users and installations, websites, applications, broadcasting, server use, end products, and other permitted uses.

Where a specific License Terms document expressly grants a particular use, that permitted use will apply within the scope and limitations of that license.
If you are uncertain whether your intended use is covered by your purchased license, please contact Letterhend Studio before proceeding.
Proprietary Rights
All fonts, graphics, designs, software files, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided by Letterhend Studio remain the property of Letterhend Studio and/or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a product or license does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights to the customer.
Unless expressly permitted under the applicable License Terms, the original product or font software may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared, reproduced, uploaded for public access, converted into another font product, reverse-engineered, or modified to create a derivative product without prior written permission from Letterhend Studio.
Normal creative editing of finished artwork created using the product—such as resizing, recoloring, outlining, arranging, cropping, or otherwise modifying visual designs—is permitted where allowed by the applicable license. Such visual editing does not constitute modification of the original font software itself.
The product files must not be made available in a way that allows unauthorized third parties to obtain or independently use them.
License Access and Third Parties
A license only grants the rights expressly described in the applicable License Terms.
Clients, customers, contractors, agencies, employees, or other third parties do not automatically receive an independent license to use the product merely because they receive a finished design created with it.
Where third-party access to the original Font files is permitted by a specific license, such access must remain within the scope and restrictions of that license.
Any use outside the purchased license requires an appropriate additional license or prior written permission from Letterhend Studio.
Refunds and Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
Products cannot ordinarily be canceled, exchanged, or refunded after purchase.
A refund may be considered in limited circumstances, such as an accidental duplicate purchase where the duplicate product has not been downloaded or used.
Any refund request will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with a purchase or payment, please contact Letterhend Studio first so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of the applicable license and restriction of future purchases, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to change product prices and license fees at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Letterhend Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our products complies with the applicable License Terms, third-party platform requirements, and applicable laws.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Letterhend Studio’s total liability in connection with a product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
