WEBSITE GUIDE: How to Download Your Fonts & Create an Account on Our Website

If you’re currently exploring our font collection and still unsure whether a font fits your project, don’t worry — you can try all fonts using the Type Tester feature available on every product page.
With this tool, you can type your own text, try numbers and punctuation marks, and preview various alternate characters such as swashes, ligatures, and multilingual characters.

Once you’ve decided to purchase a font, this guide will help you with two important steps:

  • How to download your font after purchase
  • How to create an account on our website (before or after checkout)

This guide is designed to make everything clear and ensure a smooth shopping experience at Letterhend Studio.

How to Download Your Font After Purchase

After completing your purchase, our system will automatically send you a confirmation email.
You can download your font directly from that email, or from your Customer Account > Downloads page on our website.

Here are the two download methods:

A. Download Via Email

  1. Open the email address you used during checkout.
  2. Look for an email with the subject: “Your Letterhend Studio order is now complete.”
  3. Find the “Downloads” table inside the email, then click your font name in the “Download” column.
  4. The font file will automatically start downloading to your device.

Tip: If you can’t find the email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

B. Download Via Your “Customer Account

(Optional — if you already have an account)

  1. Visit letterhend.com
  2. Click Account or Login
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Go to Downloads to re-download any font you’ve purchased

Note: You can also check the Orders menu if you need to download your invoice.

How to Create an Account

At the moment, Letterhend does not have a dedicated registration page.
However, your account can still be created automatically during checkout or after your purchase.

Here are the two methods:


A. Create an Account During Checkout

  1. On the checkout page, fill out your Billing Details as usual.
  2. Scroll down and check the box “Create an Account.”
  3. Complete your purchase by clicking Place Order.
  4. Once your payment is successful, you will be redirected to your Customer Account page.
    Your account will be activated automatically, and all your orders will be stored there.

If you are asked to log in later but have never set a password before, simply click “Lost Password.”
You’ll receive an email to create a new password.

B. Already Purchased but Forgot to Check “Create an Account”?

No worries — you can still create an account afterward.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Login or Account page on our website.
  2. Enter the same email you used for your previous purchase.
  3. Click Lost Password, then enter your email.
  4. Check your inbox to create a new password.
  5. Once the password is set, your account will be activated.
  6. All your past purchases will automatically appear in your account dashboard.
